Grandpa Brought His Dog To The Furniture Store To Make Sure She Approved Of Their New Chair

Just like my uncle, Aleecia Dahl’s grandfather didn’t want a dog at all. Not they are both the best puppy parents in the world and couldn’t be happier.

Coco is the dog Aleecia’s grandfather never wanted but now couldn’t imagine life without her. They are the best of friends and love doing everything together.

When the two best buddies aren’t seen running around town, they can be found sitting together in their favorite chair, writes Chris Winters from theanimalrescuesite.

Unfortunately, they had to retire the chair and get a new one, “When grandma and grandpa moved, they [needed to buy] new furniture,” Dahl told The Dodo. “It was Grandpa’s requirement that the footrest on his lounge chair was wide enough for him and Coco to sit side by side.”

So in adorable grandpa fashion, he brought his beloved dog to the furniture store to test out all of the chairs.

“He brought Coco into several stores to try out chairs until he found the perfect one,” Dahl said. “Coco was always greeted with a smile, as I am sure it’s not every day a man and his dog go furniture shopping!”

Based on the pictures, we can see that Coco was loving all the attention she was getting.

Thankfully, they both settled on a chair that was comfortable and stylish.

And to think that he didn’t want a dog in the first place…
